Dr. Rios was born and raised in New York. He began his professional pursuits at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, earning his Bachelor of Science in molecular and microbiology. 

Following graduation, Dr. Rios remained in Orlando and enrolled at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. He excelled in the program, earning his medical degree in 2016. 

Before entering private practice, Dr. Rios completed a residency in neurology at the University of Florida. As a resident, he was named Best Resident Teacher.

Dr. Rios takes a comprehensive approach to treatment. He believes that patient trust and patient-centric care are the cornerstones to delivering optimal treatment outcomes. Dr. Rios enjoys meeting with people one-on-one. He listens to their individual symptoms and concerns and develops custom care plans using advanced technologies.
